Its youths between the age 13-19 that are really dictating sh*t right nowalot of uk artists had charisma but lacked the swagger factor and so-solid never really had THE SWAGGER as such.IMO.. Swagger comes with success and you cant have it when your still hungry? First bits true, second bit isnt IMO. You can have it when your hungry, it just depends on the person.
