Of all time makes it difficult to decide. House is too sick, don't think its got much of a following in the UK though.Lost, Dexter, Sopranos and the Wire are all sick as well.

I think the comedys such as scrubs deserve their own poll, cos it's hard to compare a serial drama to a comedy as people watch each one for different purpose.Also for whoever voted for the shield...shame on you....hold your head down in shame.
