just read this off a nex site, sumones post....

uni life is a piece of sh*t. 90% of the peoplei wouldnt piss on if they were on fire. they do nothing to help you with anything. sink or swim. the lecturers are mostly uninspiring, boring, or contemptuous of anyone who isn't a swot. good lecturers are a sparse few. Uni is ruining my social life, my happiness, my sex life (i.e. dont have one), my money, my health, my creative output, MY f*ck*ng SOUL. and for what? so i can have apiece of paper which makes me accepted in society as not a stupid person? f*ck OFF! f*ck THE SYSTEM!
LOOOOL u can proper feel the anger in the post.f*ckin sick speach, need to turn that into a poster and put it all over my uni.

Okay so Leeds interview on the 19th, UCL interview I'll schedule for 26th (or possibly 3rd/10th of December). Bristol have asked me to come to another open/admissions day without any indication of an interview, do you think if I don't go to it there's less chance of me getting an offer? Because if I do go it's either gonna be next week 12th or the 26th, I don't like how everyone's days are scheduled together. Also there's a Nottingham open day where they've said "Wednesday 21st of November" (so I dunno if it's the Wednesday or Friday) or the 3rd of December, I wanna go to it but I dunno if I'd be able to due to these dates being all the same, but I have a conditional offer there so there's no worries if I can't go to the day.

to be sayin that, u must either have not even been to uni or u went and weren't willing to get fully involved in the lifestyle and were one of them that jus jammed in their room and didnt go out much socialising. The debt is minor, it comes off like tax at the smallest amounts u wont even notice and only wen ur earnin over 15k a year. Therefore if you lose your job or sum sh*t happens then the debt is put on hold. Its not like a bank loan with missed payment letters, banks charges and stress. Any money u need for clothes, socialising that ur student loan doesnt cover then get a job workin a couple hours a week in tesco or suttin."like some f*ck*ng bootcamp"... duno bout boot camp, gettin up past 12 on a regular and watchin tv in bed, then strollin over to uni for a lecture isn't my idea of a boot camp. Ye theres work to be done obviously but thats in ur own time as and wen u need. Workin in an office mon-fri 9-5 is like bein in a boot camp.Uni friends are no more fake than the friends u wud meet at school/college. If u aint feelin the people in ur halls then u meet ppl on ur course and out and about town.apologises if any of the assumptions i made about u r false but thats how it comes across.

Yes, universities are, primarily, instruments of social control, oppression, conformism, abuse such as sexual and racial harassment--and, like someone had said above, of class stratification. They are the tools used by society and governments to package plastic people who will be ready to become corporate units, rivets in the machine of consumer society. Most of the professors at universities are snotty, abusive idiots, who belong in community service facilities. As much as I hate schools, however, after I had endured long years of slave work doing hourly jobs, in conditions harmful for my health, sometimes, I feel like completing my degree and seeking professional employment.

the debt is a minor. friends aren't fake if u meet genuine people you get on with, its just like anywer else. if ur finding dem "fake" ur either not meeting genuine people or your not meeting anyone u have enuff in common with.it will be worth it tho (if your doing a good course) wen ur ballin.at the end of the day wot is THE game of life? money, and if i have to nearly kill myself now to be rich in the future i will. just to see dem 6 figures.
