Why is it always buy, buy, buy?

What happened to good coaching getting the very best out of players and creating a strong team unit which resulted in success?People now always talk about this club needs to spend and that club will only improve by spending money on players for instance. It's like there's not much of an emphasis on coaching the current players to get the best out of them but instead buying whenever the club gets in trouble. There are clubs who regularly change their players whenever they suffer poor form or things just aren't going right as opposed to identifying the problems and trying to rectify them in training and then in matches with the current players.Of course there's the thought that spending x amount of millions on a player will guarantee improvement on the current player but that's not always the case as we've seen with Shevchenko for instance, Carlton Cole probably would have done better than him if he was still at Chelsea. As every club is on this now, there's no way most clubs can do what I detailed above as they'll be left behind. Is there less emphasis on coaching and training and more emphasis on just shelling out x amount of millions to (not always) guarantee quality instead of working hard for it? If so, what and/or who is to blame for this?

theres nothing wrong with coaching but you cant coach a left back to play right wing and sometimes you need instant results so bringing in someone polished is a lot easiershevchenko scored some vital goals for chelsea, carlton cole is air

Obviously the people that are to blame are the billionare owners of clubs and the amount of money clubs are getting from tv rights IMOMost managers are now scared to field youth players that have come through the ranks because it could be so costly instead they would rather go out and splash millions on players..As you said if you dont join now you wont beat them thats why nearly every club is going out and buying players instead brining players from the academy throughCBA to write anymore

In the prem only wenger and fergie's jobs are permanently safe. Everyone else needs to produce results every season, whether that is a top 4 finish or not getting relegated. They therefore needs results now and can't afford the time to develop or train players as much as a lot of them would like.

There should be a £30,000,000 transfer limit for clubs in Spain, Italy and England.
What exactly would this achieve
Would stop the most powerful clubs and top four in england dominating everything and give other teams a chance. Classic example is Robbie Keane. Wasn't long ago he had his hands up with every spurs fan applauding him for reaching his milestone. Liverpool open their mouth and now look.Did you really think it was a coincidence that the semi finals of the biggest European competition had 3 English teams in?Chelsea buying anyone and everyone. Gap for the top four is huge and only getting bigger.I was made to realise by my bredrins last season, watching the rest of the league 5th and below/relegation battle>>>Watching the top 4. Top 4 is a joke.----------------------------------------------------That's one side of it. It won't happen (capping everyones limit), but that's what it would achieve.
