It has gotten much worse.The worst you would get back then was a straight hard core beat up. The amount of times that used to happen when we pissed about with the olders was disgusting.Noone ever pulled anything when it was trivial sh*t back then.

tbh I don't think funding has a large enough effect even if it was implemented properly.From time you have successful, and well rounded kids NOT getting into trouble when they're in the same environment as their peers who are.Who do you blameBlaming the government is a copout for people who don't want to accept responsibility for raising their own f*ck*ng kids.Discipline is practically non existent in certain youth nowadays.

Not even solely youth projects, but the general abysmal lack of funding for poor areas, and schools in poor areas, play areas etc etcSome places are just generally sh*t holes that encourage the breedng of little cunts.So furioius about the olympics.

Yeh that is very true I am in no way jus sayin it is the govts faultBut there has to be a reason why families in mainly poor areas have this problem with their kids? True.I reckon it partly has something to do with attitudes more than anything else.Alot of poorer families don't have the same will to instill this "work/education.." etc like others.So kids don't necessarily see that if they worked/educated themselves etc, they would have other options as opposed to the choices they make...And YEAHHBOI.Catch me bundling certain Vip2 females into the whip.Smaddy's there at 2.30J Lovely will be turning up at 5.30 or soThat's all I managed to read on the forum todayI;m sure there's others 2bh.

if the goverment controlled drugs it would helpi dont think it will cause more addicts have drug clinics for heroin addicts to shoot up inside there (better than in the blocks and them leaving a needle for kids to injure themselfs on)and the quality of the product can be regulated betterdrug dealers would be out pricedI know they done something similar in germany had it for over ten years they have never had a junkie die from a overdose in a shooting up clinic its not about walking past phone boxes seeing junkies smoking crack

Youth Clubs are sh!t. I have run DJ workshops btw. Held a few talent shows etc...does'nt really help in the long-term.Black youth don't need a place where they can just do music/football. People working in Youth Services ain't educated enough and don't know enough about the world. They need to raise the pay of Youth workers, then that will bring in people who have had real careers, made real money, got links etc...They need training centres, but that is just college is'nt it.Most Youth workers ain't far from the level of the people they are supposed to be helping. That includes social workers too..They need real qualifications, need to know how to trade stocks/currencies, know the path way of becoming a Junior Stockbroker, Long-term investing strategies. Need to know how set up their own investment clubs, bare will fail, but i bet a few will get it right. It is from there minority owned firms can start. Train them in Telemarketing. If they have ideas and no money create an organisation that will give them money + pool of investors, £20k+ projects. Give them Driving lessons (Large vehicles?). Make them take Regulatory exams for dealing in securites/derivatives. If they don't like writing and reading, reading puts many off education. Make sure they concentrate on Maths. Maths can get you through to Uni alone. They need stability not some bullshit music workshop.African Banks need to move their banks over here in the city, and make sure enough black heads in the building 99%. There needs to be a real presence of black people in the city. Are there alot of African Commodity traders? I don't know too much about Africa too tuff. 20% of Oil comes from Africa so I assume there must be some place full of African commodity Traders/analysts.Some of Jobs in banks are learn on the job, not all jobs need a degree just them being fussy, but you can take an average numerate person and train them how to work out trading transactions in about a month. Does Africa & caribbean even have large banks? I don't know. Local Careers Advice service was so crap gave me mediocre info, luckily I have friends who know what is what, i'm doing a conversion Masters which is very 100% practical for the workplace, real skills for the career I have decided to go into . Black youth need real advice and mentors, coz they are in a place where everyone knows nothing, no one to ask, only the internet. I was in the same position not so many yrs back.Bring Back the Scouts for the younger teens (under14), I was in the scouts, looking back I had the time of my life while I was there. Get them out the city every half term, let them have fun in the summer away from London, let them get drunk, stay up till 6am, smoke meet girl Guides. then tell their parents they were well behaved. Make them do voluntary work and raise money for charity. Also Force them to wear the Scout shirt with all the Badges. Coz at the end of the day they kids, and they must know themselves.My Rant Over and Out...
