missed this last night i was out musta gone petrol station on the way home and hear some man cussin kahn. i think its funny the way people switch as soon as someone loses. of course there were the ppl that never liked him in the first place and so they are happy but the ppl that were all prasin him before, not talkin about ppl on here by the way, lol @ them seriously how can you be all up on someone nuts when they are winnin then soon as they lose be cussin like theres no tomorrow and actin like you have hated them since u first saw em. i think he will bounce back from this tho. that punch was disgusting connected cleanly and to be fair it woulda dropped pretty much anyone with that connection. he will learn from this, he needed something like that to be honest, maybe not that harsh but he needed a reality check and something to make him realise that he has major flaws he needs to sort out. also lmfao @ demolishment, the hypes got ppl making up words and sh*t.

Going to read through this now, but for now I will say it's a sad day when someone who represents 'Britain' is boo'd by the 'British' for loosing..
that is britain for you man, love to expect too much and jump on the hype bandwagon then start cryin when things dont go their way and start boo'ing. f*ck being a sports person in this country, people seem not too realise how much it takes to get to those levels in the first place. its so easy to criticise and boo the people your supposedly a fan of when they lose, some people disgust me.expectation in this country is way too high and im not even talking about that fight.

Alright, so after the initial hype and disappointment here are my 2 cents:For once Warren got it wrong. Was a very stupid fight to pick. Gomez exposed Khan as not being that guy. Gomez is pratically a bum and sat Khan in the previous fight. Why on Earth are you going to risk Khan in a fight with a man that claimed 17 of 19 victims by KO and a high percentage of those in the first 4? Since when does where he's fighting mean anything when chins are what man is removing? Colombia may not be credited with having highly-skilled fighters but a chin is a chin.Khan, to me, didnt do much wrong. The guy had too much for him, espesh them chopping shots. Only problem I saw was he never held on after Prescott tested his temple the first time, but under those circumstances when his senses werent together, that would be harsh criticism. Especially seeing as he'd most prob never been hit that hard before. His defence was up and quite tight previous to him throwing that shot to the body before he got tagged with that devastating left hook which shook to his toe nails. Wouldnt say it was a chinny problem, even tho Khan's chin isnt great. Those punches would have claimed many of the more experienced and rated fighters in that weight division. This guy will be the next Margarito in the sense that everyone will run scared of him now.Khan's tactics werent anywhere near as bad as they made it out to me. I think a lot of their criticisms were knee-jerk having only seen the fight once. Initially he ran out there which could be seen as "rushing in" but he threw jabs like they said he should have.End of the day, he was better than Khan. Too many times Brits expect 'our man' to be the better and instead of realising the other guy was better, we look for faults why 'our man' didnt win like it was all in his hands. It was the wrong fight at the wrong time. Give him an easy fight as they were doing previous to this, get him used to this new trainer and see if his defence had improved. After analysing progress with defence then decide whether he is in the right place to fight a man with a KO record.Warren thought this would be a routine victory but this time against a man with a good record, then in the post-fight conference he could squash assumptions that Khan's chin wasnt bad providing the KO% as evidence. However, it backfired horribly. He'll be back. I can imagine him being very cautious, but hopefully more controlled and concious of his defence. He's good for British Boxing, especially with Calzaghe saying he only wants one more fight and Hatton claiming he's only in it for a few more. David Haye is there but he doesnt have the fan base to carry British boxing as of now, but if he does gain then I'll be happy.I find myself laughing at Sky and Warren though. Bitches

In hindsight, now I've calmed down a bit, I tihnk people are going a bit too far here, saying man's career is finished etc. He's a young guy who lost to a big puncher and superior fighter and couldn't cope with taking big shots. But there's every chance he'll train for a comeback fight, win, and then beat Prescott in a rematch.

If Khan gets in the ring with Prescott again he will be leaving on a stretcher. He SHOULD never fight that guy again. And about racial undertones.... I hated him because he is a man who believed his own hype before proving it.Glad he lost and glad his career is probably over at the top level. He is any undercard hasbeen, already.

:D dont be gassed by the uk media prescott is not nearly as good as people want to make him out 9 of his victories are against people who have never won a fight, he is totally flat footed, so khan will only be in trouble if he allows himself to stop moving and tries to trade toe to toe
LOLShould we ever listen to this guy?

You do know Mayweather's retired innit? And you also know he's only unbeaten cos he ducked bare fights...Your posts in this thread make me think you dunno what you're talking about tbh.
