Been proper slackingHard to find time for gym now with so much college & workMight have to try get some full body workouts in 2 days a weekLost about 8KG but it's not all muscle. Getting quite cut now so hopefully when i get back into a routine i'll look better than I did.

Have not been consistent with my press ups, chinups, sit ups or diet.Realistically, until ym dissertation is finished I won't be able to do so I'm allowing myself this pass that becomes invalid as soon as all my work is done.

diet has dropped these past few weeks i gotta admit itbeen eating nuff bread, 2 sandwiches a dayand sometimes a chocolate baralso eating branflakes instead of porridge in morningsand sometimes a handful of crispscompared to what i was eating before this is terrible, although its still quite healthy it feels like a massive drop from what i was eating beforealso missed a day of gym this weeknuff sh*t goin on right now im losing focus need some of the good shitabs x-treme xxl

would you mind posting your normal daily/weekly diet if you have time?i want to get more serious about fitness after my exams are done and my problem is diet - i don't know what to replace carbs with etc.

yea no sunshinei dont eat these same things every day but this is the basic diet7.30am - porridge + honey10.30am - banana + protein shake 1 scoop1.30pm - salmon, mushrooms, onions, peppers, salad4:30pm - scrambled eggs (3 eggs)7.30pm - chicken, cottage cheese, salad10:30pm - protein shake 1 scopThats roughly it although the times chance and sometimes i'll have something different instead of chicken or salmon, but they are my 2 favourites. If im out i'll go to M&S and get 1 of the salads they have there, they got salmon, potatoes, cucumber salad which is nice but has alot of mayo or there is a crayfish and mango one which is nice too.

had a cheat day1. salt + vinegar crisps (yh 4 breakfast)2. cheerios + whole milk3. 2 slices of toast with honey4. cheese5. lamb tandoori, rice, naan, vegetables, poppadoms6. cheese7. 2 slices of toast with jam8. roast chicken, potatoes, sausages, vegetables9. cheesecakethink i hit around 6-7K cals today. back 2 hell tomoz.
