gonna hit the legs hard, im moving to france in at the end of november, working in a ski resort for 6months, its unlikely there will be a gym there.but squats and leg work will help me on my snowboard with jumping and landing, and my with my generally good physique im less likely to get injured. 6 months of heavy drinking and not eating enough is gonna leave me back weighing 9.5 stone :D

Not been Gym in months. Exams and Ramadhan halted the progress, well disappointed.Everyday I wake up and I see all my N Large and Protein tubs sitting, probably catching dust... I say to myself tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. Bad feeling.On the upside I'm playing football twice sometimes three times a week now but need to hit the gym asap.
