I think the problem is a lot of police officers were raised in the 1970's and dreamt about becoming a Miami Vice cop. The reality was much less appealing as they now spend their time arresting "yobs" who they know ain't going to jail and have to fill in a novel of paperwork after.This is why they like to harrass people and start some sh*t to try and make themselves feel powerful when really they have some bitch radioing through to them ordering them about.
