Believing anything is possible is something that science promotes, is there really anything wrong with wanting a better explanation than "God caused it"?I suppose I can accept the possibility that God is the grand designer and created the world (not in the traditional explanation but the Big Bang theory states there has to have been a source of energy to cause it). I just don't like how simple things are explained by it being "God's will" or whatever.

That God created science to help explain ceertain things.But the extremes of both are as bad as eachother. i would of thought that any1 with even 1/4 a brain wud be able to understand this very basic concept but it seems i overestimated the brains of other humans drastically for instance if you buy a computer made by sony,take it apart and manage to rewire it so it works faster or something...does this mean that the sony corporation doesnt exist?f*ck*ng animals

If you had'nt noticed i did say SOME for a reason. I just dont believe that a nurse who works her whole life in a childrens hospice trying to improve the short lives of terminally ill kids and is essentially a very good moral person, is gonna end up burning in hell for eternity for not believing in god.As opposed to a rapist/paedophile who decides to convert to christianity on his death bed.Why would somebody being born in 2009 be expected to believe in, for example, the christian god as opposed to all the other religions out there? Like i said - SOME of the bible i dont believe, i have reasearched christianity enough to know its not the one for me too many contradictions in the bible. Plus religion is truely the route of all wars thats generally why people are waring over religions.
