I found a calisthenics kingz vid on YouTube just under an hour long. Shows routines and different types of press ups you can do. When I get a chance I will post it here for you lot.

The link posted for this is now dead and i cant find any vids on his page longer than 10 mins.

Has anyone tried uneven push ups? Shit is harder than it looks. Trying to build my strength up to do one arm push ups so going through some exercises to build up to it.
