Haven't read the topic, but I like Cholula, Frank's and Encona, preference changes depending on what I'm putting it on.

Nicest hot sauce I've had was in this pizza place in Brooklyn, it was their own recipe made in-house and that, on top of the amazing pizza it was unreal. I should have stole a bottle.
