He has been saying all week 'we'll see' etc. The BBC/SSN stuff the other day when he supposedly pulled out was bullshit, Sky mis-translated, others followed suit and later backtracked.

They have some investor who is trying to keep him. But all Norweigan press saying he wants it, OGS was saying he's only had 'informal talks' about football (in England, with Randy after flying over on his private jet). OGS is quoted as saying he has a clause in his contract allowing him to leave if formally offered a Premier League job.

Randy offers it him. OGS has a meeting today with Molde's board (and presumably that investor), and is now citing 'personal reasons' as an excuse to not want to come.
