You have a month? Ok. Only eat chicken breast, tinned tuna in spring water and turkey breast meat. Don't eat any carbs after 1pm. Don't eat any white bread or pasta, only brown. Don't eat any cereal for breakfast, eat scrambled eggs made with only 1 egg yolk. Don't drink anything other than water or skimmed milk. Try not to drink milk often though. Stay away from most dairy products for a while. Snack on mixed nuts. Lift a shitload of weights. Muscle mass burns more calories. Do all your serious cardio after you lift. Do cardio every day. Do compound lifts where you work several muscle groups at once. You will notice yourself toning up after 3 weeks if you do everything I say. Oh and do cardio every f*cking day. Without fail. Preferably twice. Go for a jog before you eat breakfast. And obviously don't eat anything you know is bad for you or that has sugar in it.

way too extreme he said he's going on holiday not Mr olympia. where is he supposed to get energy from? no cereal in the morning, no carbs after 1pm???!! his energy levels will be low. the rest is right, but in the morning, having oats isnt bad. no carbs after 1/2pm yes, but this means you must have veg with every main meal. lift heavier for low reps 3-8.

When you lot say Tuna do you just eat plain tuna in a bowl? :SI've never got this, I don't liek melted cheese on plain tune either.I normally mix it with salad cream in a sandwich.

I just put a tin or 2 of tuna with some salad, coleslaw and some new potatoes. And Carpe, you know you can take on calories without eating as much carbs? He doesn't really need a lot of energy, because he is trying to burn off fat. He isn't trying to build up muscle too tough I don't think. Oh yeh, make sure you are varying your cardio. Don't just jog solidly for a half hour. Do 10 minutes of sprints with slow jogging in between. It will f*ck you up, but you will burn off more retained body fat.

Everyone in Wrestling cheats. Imagine if you worked 300 days a year and never got to go home so you are living out of a hotel room. It's f*cking impossible to hold that much muscle mass. Clock the differences between wrestlers like HHH, Orton, Cena etc. You will notice it when Cody Rhodes starts bulking him up/ He's quite big, but compared to them man he looks like a little boy.

I don't know what deadlifts are.When I'm in the middle of doing Smith and Hammersmith, I get to certain points when I can't lift anymore weight in the middle of a set. Is there anyway to get prevent this from happening?

And if you are reaching failure in the middle of a set, that's kinda of good I suppose. Keep it up and you should see improvements.

speaking of deadlifts, i hurt my back yday ouch... was dropping the weight and lost concentration cos i caught some a woman's eye in the mirror and i tried to smile back, and forgot to bend legs properly. them ones that u know eghh eghhhnnn u don f*cked something up. so i styled it and went to the locker room to lament. gonna have it seen later today. it looks like a strain nothing serious, cos i still finished back anyway. not on the deadlifts of course, and today i did chest, just feel a big of pain when i walk and sit down,. so tom.. deadlift is a very good excersize but if ur form isnt right even for a second..you can screw up your back or hamstrings or shoulders. oh and carla my new friend is cool some 28yr old mba student. it'd better be worth it in the end

I wanna cut, ive been doing bare cardio, lost some weight and gone down a waist size. However what are the main things when cutting?Do you only do it once?Can you weight train when cuttin?When losing fat do u also lose muscle?
