lol @ 6ft 2 pence. u got the right def still.. and you're already lean , like me in your case its just high protein diet and heavy set training. very hard to get in a home gym unless u have all the heavy weights you need. RC, you train lower pecs by doing declined bench excersizes, both bar and dumbells.

I know a few guys who have got hernia's in their stomachs from deadlifting heavy weight, also putting ya back out is just as bad.M12 your in good condition bro your bodyfat levels are really low!King Ronnie - You being serious with the biceptz n triceptz or just running joke? i gotta ask as i heard somebody refer to a DELT as a DELF!

Been goin gym nearly a monthproper on itgo bout 4-5 days a weekim workin alot on my upper body and some cardiowhat does the term ' cutting ' mean? dnt mean to b dumbyeh and protein shakesisit safe to take them at 16? is dat to young ?please serious answers no d*ckhead time wasterssafe

protein shakes are safe to take at 16.cutting:to lose bodyfat, preferably with as little loss of muscle and other lean tissue as possible.

im pissed at the moment. i usually buy unbranded unflavoured but i thought nah ill try sumthin different. ordered that new core nutrition ultra whey strawberry flavour and it tastes grim.i have like 7lbs of it to go through as well.im just gonna rinse it and then go back to unflavoured

M12 just seems very cut, nothing to write home about partically IMOBut he knows what he wants so this time next year we will see the results.Ill be posting some pix up soon, ive made some real gains.

I've been going for 2 years, but been training seriously for 6 months.Just joined a proper gym aswell, bun those waste gyms.If you want maximum reslts try and join a proper gym with proper equipment e.g. wide range of dumbells, benches, barbells, squat/power racks.

u said IYO still but gotta give him credit cos he's 6'2 and 18. dunno if he plays sports, but if he didnt then he's not just lean.. t-dan, i dont get the hernia thing.. can you get it bcos u lift badly, or that its too heavy? maxx anyone 16-18yrs should i reckon begin to understand diet and nutrition first before just jumping in to protein shakes, unless you actively play a sport. it's not bad to take all the same.

M12 I'd say you need to work on your lats. You look like you have almost none there.I think it makes you look like you have a small physique and it will widen you out a lot.

i have lats, the part of back im weak in is thickness. so im dowing rows before weighted chins for a while now to try even it out.to L and bully im not hyooge obviously but i know im above average in strenght and size terms. im 18 now (19 in about 4 months) and only started lifting when i was 17 and i dont mean like these people who've had weights at home since they were 13 or messed about in the gym but only count the years when they started going gym serious as their starting point. IMO with another 1 or 2 years of solid lifting i'll be in the kinda shape I want to be in. thats why i go gym init. if the pics i posted were where i wanted to finish up, there wouldnt be any point posting them, as the only reason i did so was so i can see the progress between now and next xmas/summer. It wasnt intended as a "look at me im hench" post
