Cos if the UCI thing is true, its alleged Nike made the payment (willingly or unwillingly who knows)

 

UCI stance is that all of Armstrong tests were sent to the drug bodies so in order for them to have done it, they too would have had to overlooked it (again whether they knew this or not nobody knows)

 

You have to wonder why the FEDS dropped the case, lol. They saw some shit & said "uuuuuh-ooooooooooh!"

Course he's got to pay sponsors back, he swore under oath that he wasn't on peds to a company that gave him $12 million dollars.

With that its more the fact that they tried to withdraw the funds, as they knew, he sued them and got that and more back. So yeah he gonna have to settle some of that p.

 

However my feelings on the initial payments of sponsorship is, that suing him now, after you and him have severed ties and sponsorship, and he has done all he can for your brands awareness during that period and hasn't tainted the image of your brand in that period, then tbh you can fuck off.

 

Nike and LiveStrong is a bit different as they stood next to him as long as sanely possible.
