it isn't the cashier's decision to make whether she serves You or not.

 

yes it's rude of the customer, but they're not the one working.

 

the person working is the one who has rules to abide by.

 

we all deal with people we don't like while working. we're working. deal with it.

 

the customer is spending their money in Your store. You take their money.

 

tryna deny Mr Sainsbury his P on some attention seeking moral high ground crap.

 

If I was manager, first disciplinary for this, unless she can prove that at some point in her training, she was told to refuse customers using their telephones.

 

I'd consider sacking her for damaging the company's reputation at the point of this article being printed.
