I seriously doubt that there's a service that specialises in this, it would be such a rare occurrence that two parties would value their properties the same and want to swap.

There should be a company that specialises in this. They could send out surveyors and put a value on ur property then you will look for property in same category all for free and you just search for ur next property.

Feel free to take my idea and make it happen

Yea local authority and housing associations do it but private i duno guess there would be some legal implications, but in theory id imagine its possible for 2 mortgage free people to do this, it wouldnt really be a swap more just having the rights to the property changed to another name as people do when they leave a house in a will.

I actually got a girl who is a solicitor specialising in property but tbh i cant be bothered to whatsapp her the question, maybe next time i link her if i remember.

Its just a cheaper way of moving home if it existed.

Dnt see how I'm wasting time to look for a cheaper method

To buy n sell ur property these days is expensive could pay up to 10 grand

But how much demand would there be for this? very little id imagine, how many people really want to swap home? most people sell there home to move to a completely different place they prefer or want to upgrade to something better, whats the chances of a person on the other side wanting to swap?
