You're only 14, you shouldnt be trying to 'get wedge'.Your body hasnt even developed properly (no sendage) so chill. If you do stuff like the gym now you could actually do yourself damage and stunt your growth.

Ok I need to lose about 1-2 stone. Lost about 1 stone already but starvation diet thing I was on ain't for me, besides I have been told that under-eating can lead to your body holding onto fat reserves etc...I am a smoker as well so my ability to run is limited, but as long as I can pace myself I will do whatever it takes.Any exercise regimes/diets that you guys can recommend.

Just make sure you burn of more calories then you consume a day.

do manual labouralso if yr yung i wudnt really recomend going gym to tuff yet anyway unless yr happy staying the height u are now
y do ppl say this so muchisnt it jus if u dnt eat enuf protein den ur pissedcos im 16 n been doin 3 a week 4 a while n ive grown more in that tym than everbut trusay i dnt hit the weights 2222 hard ill spend 2-3 hours rotating amongst cycling machine, upper body weights and abs

starvation diets are not seriousjust eat normall size healthy meals but cut out fat and walk/jog for at least 45 mins evry day,increasing as it bcomes easier or yr exercise of choiceeven better with some weights,but yr tryning to lose weight as in not just fat?

More ppl need to know that. I now some chubby ppl who try starve themselves but they dont loose any weight, this is why. start slammin big boned chicks that can cookthat way they will fill ya belly AND help you work off the calories on the same dayhave about 4 links like this and TRUSS ME you will see the difference in about a month and it dont cost a penny
lol dis yout is 13 maaaanits one of dem 1s where hes been watchin 2 much wwebare advice will not get put into practise trussi was lyk dt at dem ages, but once i hit 15 i got seriousit takes bare self disipline to get large

Is shadow boxing/bag work a good cardio/aerobic work out.I have anger issues and thinking about buying a bag so I don't punch any more holes in my doors or dents in my walls.

pointless.your better off financially and physically just going to a boxing club and doing it casually. you will learn to punch properly and avoid punches and at the same time get very fit.punching a bag at home will only let you learn bad habits.
