Guest Cousin Of Sleep Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 The decision to take the crack initially is not the govt. fault obviously.But how the huge shipments would originally get there, etc (aswell as things that came with it, guns) was.There were so many f*ck*ng crack babies born, that the next generation of fiends was carried on (if they even survived, which rarely happened)It was facilitaed by the govt., if you see that as them being to blame or not is up to you.
