Every city has hood tales of X amount of celebs who came to the ends, and got separated from their material wealth in a non-consensual exchange. Not just here, in the States as well. True a lot will be fables, but smoke rarely lacks a fire. Wherever there is a concentrated urban area there is a disadvantaged poor; and wherever there is boasty guy with jewels/cash, there is a pack of scavengers on the prowl nearby. And with the amount of guys who go around boasting about their cash, flaunting wealth in their videos, flashing their chains to cameras... I know lots of it is a facade, but they INVITE it. They make themselves targets. And I suspect most of these robberies go utterly unreported & unheard of; coz it would be a PR disaster for any rapper to get teared, whose main subject matter is bragging about how hard they are, how deep they roll, how they burst guns, etc. With publicists and whatnot they have the resources & connects to hush it up.
