Her, Lil' Kim, Foxy, and most other female rappers only have their delivery and a few punchlines here and there. Whilst it's open to interpretation, I'm under the assumption most people are talking about just rapping, not how good a rap artist they are, which Jean Grae obviously loses out to the other commercially known females. But unfortunately it doesn't, so certain people sit on the shelf.I do think The Fugees success had a lot to do ith Lauryn's success, as the breakaway from teh group made people pay attention to see if she could cut it.
