How can you expect a man to change his actions from the streets when he's on the streets again behind bars

You can see quite clearly in a working environment he's a changed individual around a positive group with a target in mind.

Watch this program really makes me want to use my education in prisons and teach these young people in classes such as Business - give them skills and belief that they can make legitimate living on the outside world

We shouldn't give up on these people.

That's the problem with prison, they don't try to reform people and help them become better individuals in society.
