Guest Tulse Hill Posted July 8, 2008 Report Share Posted July 8, 2008 Every build up to a season you always think that your going to challenge for top 4 but just because you spend big doesnt mean it brings success.Tottenham will never be run like a top club because i shall tell you why, The club has never sustained long periods of title/european challenges, the club also hasn't got the foundations because rumors have it D.Levys secertary is paid more then the clubs physio now whats going on here?. Big clubs like Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have built winners out of people and the tree never stops growing but when you take teams like Tottenham etc who do you look back on for guidence on how to go about winning things and laying foundations of great side Gazza? a down and out drunk.You say you brought Modric and this should unlock the keys to title glory but you have NEVER played sustained great football such as United or Arsenal and Modric will not be having such an effect on the game because his physique and he cant release the ball quick enough. Your team hasnt got any winners or players who've expieranced great things so when your 1-0 down to Hull at half time who are you going to rely on giving the team a boost and telling WHAT should be done and HOW to go about digging out a result, Milk Cup Winner R.Keane?.I could go on alot more...
