aesop rock and definitive jux producer, album is purely instrumental, it's so eclectic, hip hop but with flamingo and folk influences, electronica and jazz, very Musical. defo reccomend, rly. haven't listened to the album in my post above which is beach house - teen dream, but the critical response has been overwhelmingly positive. when i remember how to post links as pictures i'll just start doing that as a last ditch attempt to get this room pumping.

here's some tracks from blockheads ting.

I tried with the last two Beach House albums, but neither of them really did much for me.

I'm not in a rush to hear the new one, but I'll probably give it a listen at some point.

Ah I thought it might be her but didn't know she had that chest, mad men's on BBC or ITV, program description had me interested as well, corporate death ladder and extra marital affairs of business men in the 1960's when playboy was at it's peak circulation, airline flying was an exotic experience, cartoon characters advertised cigarettes and America was pretty much unf*ckwithable.

Yeah, I've heard it's good, but I've just never bothered to check it out.

Kinda the same scenario as the new Beach House LP, so this has all tied in quite nicely IMO.

pleasant listen, got their sound on lock, and they don't stray from it either, it's a good aesthetic but with 10 tracks and each logging over four minutes one could say things get abit "samey". not really a knock but if i was pressed for a downside that's what i'd say.

BLOCKHEAD ON THE OTHER HEAD. WOO. GOING STRAIGHT BACK ON.

PARTY HARD PARTY HARD PARTY HARD PARTY HARD (x3minutes)

WK's career since I Get Wet has been pretty weird and interesting, last two albums he released were a tribute to the music from Gundam Wing and a piano instrumental album with no vocals or other instruments.

Yeah, the Gundam Rocks thing was hard, but I wasn't f*ck*ng with Cadilacc 55 or whatever it was called.

Guy is a legend though, new album dropping this month, double CD packaged with "Close Calls With Brick Walls". Can't wait.
