Tastes OK. Haven't noticed any gains yet. 20g a serving is just not enough IMO. Might go back to Pharma Gain.
whats stops you from using 2 scoops to make it 40 or 2.5 to make it 30gms? 20gms from the shake and 30-50gms of protein from your meal is ideal. then after a workout you use 2 scoops.
It says specifically on the tub "Do not exceed the recommended intake". It's rare to see that on these things so I'm shook to disobey.

does any1 else notice when u cop a new protein u dont really like the taste but just drink it but by the end of the tub it tastes different and u actually like it. This happens to me every time i switch flavours or brands

N Large 2 is expensive. well i want to put on a fair amount of weight so i dont have a problem with thatthanks for the helpand A Bit Better, surely if im using a weight gainer and im trying to put on a decent amount of weight I need to take the shake the recommended amount of times or even MORE surely not less?
