M.Dot Posted November 21, 2008 Report Share Posted November 21, 2008 After last season he deserved a chance to play more often and prove himself, which he was never going to get with the strikers we've got in front of him, so it was always going to be difficult to get a run of games unless players had injuries.But last season he showed alot more than he has so far this season, he hasn't shown the kind of form that made me think he deserves a chance, or at least make it difficult for the strikers in front of him. Piss me off that players have these big expectations, salaries/starting places etc, but if you're not a regular starter you can't be playing poorly and expect anything other than to keep your place on the bench.
