How often do u excerise?

recently before my dissertation took over my life properly I was doing 200 pressups a day and chin ups every 3 days (can't do many chin ups :confused: ).Want to actually go to a gym regularly though and do that 5x5 routine but money is tight right now and along with the eating properly, I don't think I can afford to go gym alongside it.

I'm flippin sh*t at pressups + my back is feelin mashed lately. Anyone got any good stretch routines to fix a mashed back?
I personally think it's a case of you keep doing more them more and more and eventually your endurance goes up and up. There was a point I was struggling to do 30/40. Just persisted and got to where I just men tioned. It has gone down now though. Haven't done any for ages.

i cant do press ups to save my life, have never been able to my brother just bought a WII fit i started using that for yoga and sh*tseems cool, improves ur flexiblilty and posture, prevents you pulling muscles and sh*tbut even that it excepts you to use it every day, i used it like twice and f*ck the cardio excercises on therei feel like a d*ck jogging on the spot, plus his WII is upstiars so it shakes the whole of downstairs

rah you cant do press ups.what would u describe your build as? the only people i seen who cant do press ups are very fat or extremely skinny.
not skinny not fati got a bit of a beer belly at the momentbut ive never been able to do them right even when ive been excerising or playing sports on a regs

my BMI is like 22 somethingi weigh ten and a half stonemoderately strongso i have no ideaim not skinny at all, neither am i obese

It's mad to think some people can't do press ups. I remember doing them when I was like 7/8 at some football scheme I used to go on. I didn't realise they were difficult for some people until I saw my housemates trying to do them and not making it back up.

trust i know what u gota do but my body just does something elseits not evening getting back up thats a problemgoing down properly aswell i know a guy with the same problem who lift weights eveyday but cant do press upsalso i can do chin upsbut its hard for me to find places tall enough for me to do em (cus im 6ft 9)

THE f*ck!? I swear that makes you taller than Goliath!?I think you should still be able to do them at regular gyms though as the handles are quite high. Just bend your legs.And the press up thing is literally just a case of doing them more. Some hench guys can't do them because they don't.

if ure arms cant take ure body weight then you wont be able to do them, but i guess that goes without saying
it's the backs of ur arms and ur chest, but also ur abs to hold u in the correct position, although ur only lifting the top half of ur body so everyone should be able to do at least one.
