Of course add your own bits, im just stating what I remember.VIP2 seems to be getting bigger and more known, with the Facebook page, Twitter account and the huge success of The VIP2 Gaming YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/VIP2GAMING Even had JME pay for the VIP2 teamWas good to see a few heads from the Electronics Room link up and compete in the Street Fighter 4 Tournament. As I have said before, there seems like a proper sense of community within the Electronics Den, pure jokes all the time.Cant really remember any outstanding threads, so you lot would have to remind me of the best ones. Brisco went missing for a while, few heads on here felt lost without him :/EASE seems to be the hate figure now on this forumMrKieran had his 5 mins of VIP2 fame for his slores, but like most things it all changed when ppl started having a go at him about his various TV shows he has appeared inLegoman, got ratings for his hustle but his constant needless cussing and that detracts from what he is doing. Even stated for someone to come to his house and do something to himBeef between Tippa (Circle) and Marcus NASTY was a funny timeAnd 2009 was the year that the1st RWD marriage ended for Ashman and CZ. ................................................UK “Urban” music was quite big in 2009 with Chipmunk, Dizzee, Tinchy Strider and N-Dubs all doing very well in the mainstream chartsOn an underground level good things were happening in Grime with Wiley - Race Against Time, Big H – Street Crime being the stand out releases.2009 was the year of UK Funky, every club was banging it out and its popularity grew immensely. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SyQ----YaoYThis being prob the biggest tune of the year over here and in all of the clubbing islands in the summer (Yes Numero you predicted it would be a smash, when others doubted)Pure bangers were coming out, however DJ’s started to get boring and ended up playing the same tunes and the UK Funky scene seems very stale..........................................................2009 saw the popularity Drake increase, man is seriously talentedJay – Z dropped The Blueprint 3, very good albumEminem came back and of course done Eminem numbers, album was a smash. Relapse 2 should be very good.Despite saying he will retire and end his career, Lupe never done so50 and Rick Ross, beefing all yearLil Wayne, cleaned up at the Grammys on the success of The Carter 3 which sold over 3 millionTI went jailGame ends beef with 50C- Murder sentenced to life in prison for murderMax B sentenced to 75 years in prisonAnd of course Kanye and Taylor Swift......................................................................................RIP to Patrick Swayze, Farrah Fawcett, EscoBar, Edward Woodward, Wendy Richard and the 100 british soiliders.....................................................................................Michael JacksonWell the hype to get his tickets was jokes, I remember gloating about getting my early o2 tickets after waking up early to get them. Ticketmaster couldnt handle the amount of traffic lol.So everyone was happy till a thread by Jellybone was created, stating that MJ had died. Like normal everyone was cussing, the 1st two pages of thread she was getting it. Then slowly the theme of the thread changed, when it reported that it was true. And what a sad day it was, I was at my exes the day it got reported. Couldnt believe it, was a sad day. Always thought he would live forever.Think that thread was one of the few times almost everyone agreed on something.Still aint seen Jellybone since. Guest Esquilax Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 More recently, 2009 was the year that the Pos/ Neg system was introduced to ViP2 Forums.Instead of its original intention of allowing users to rate the posts that are made, upon its inception, it was used as a way to obliterate the 'reputations' of any and all users that are unpopular, myself included.I think it's safe to say that, to this day, Malika has the worst reputation to date, capping just over minus 200 if I remember rightly._____________In terms of threads, by far the best thread of this year was the user created animation thread, in which both Radio and Flat Eric created pixelated renditions of in-house gangster P.
