ill have 3 screens, anyone know if i can set it to a specific screen?

You can set your preferred screen as your "main display" on windows (and just switch it back after) maybe there's software than handles it better but dont think ive come across any.

i have mine as extend desktop or whatever so it just goes on, that would be screen 1 then init?

Yeh I think so, If you right click desktop and go to screen resolution you should see how yours in spilt up(mine isnt in order) then just select the screen you want and make it main display, (this is on win 7 btw)
