Em Dott
Over pissed. What do you tell the insurance company?"Hi, I would like to make a claim for windscreen damage please""Sure. How was the damage caused to the windscreen?""A horse ran over my car"*long silence*"Okkkkaaaayyyyyy. Well, I'm afraid horse damage isn't included on your policy so you will have to find a bodywork garage to repair the windscreen yourself. Thanks for your call, byyyeeeee." E.A.S.E
Cars dent horses don't!Its not a spasticated horse.Horses have something called blind panic and bolters which means they are so frightened of whats behind them that they can do things that make us think "crazy horse" But panic and fear gets to them after all they are flight or fight animals. Also Horses cant see directly infront of them, only from a distance. That horse is probably a stallion and taking on a stallion is not something joe bloggs wants to do - The car should have respected the horse and stopped when he seen the Foal, and mother cantering towards them. But this is a huge problem in the UK With idiot drivers driving round blind bends and outragous speeds crashing into the back of the horse and killing them and there rider! Its about time then ppl of the WORLD realised and respected that horses died for us, gave there lifes for us during wars, and with out them we would not stand where we do now! Humans have sh*t memories and with out Guns/Knifes are WEAK CREATURES.Dont be so f*ck*ng judgemental of things you dont understand! They chanced there luck.. Reckless.

E.A.S.E
is that normal that for horses to be running down the road...If its a place where horses are wild and at liberty then yes, just like in new forest. But in any case driving out them kinds of places where wild animals are likely to be around its up to a driver to be responsable enough to think about speed. E.A.S.E
the horse only suffered minor injuriesMinor - How minor i notice we don't get details of "how minor"Its not just phyiscal damage its Pyschologic! Some horses survive being hit by a car or lightening etc or any other types of injuries but Pyschologically the horse sometimes has to be put down for the safety of themselves and others around them.
