LMFAO at Henry not being world class, some joke ting.Henry carried the Arsenal team on a number of occassions. I always thought he went missing on the big stage but then when you think about it, there's only so much one person can do.If your judging Henry cos he has gone missing at times, with that same token, that same 'criteria' in mind, where was Ronaldinho - a player you say is World Class, at the WC?You telling me Ronaldinho isn't World Class then? We should break down all those numbers.First off if youââ¬â¢re going to judge players as World Class by what they do in a League then we'd be going on forever with a list.But if you do then most of success came at Arsenal in the English Premiership.Those times no-one regarded the English Prem as highly as they do now.So he didn't get the attention he deserved and he played against weaker opposition week in week out. Not his fault.I would say he's best season in the Prem was 2003-2007 as evident in your stats.He played against better teams and better players.In Europe he didn't do that much in key games that win you trophies.Not performances where you turn it on or off at will, games where you win Cups in Europe thatââ¬â¢s what im talking about.Then the CL final where he didn't perform and Arsenal lost.At that moment he had a chance to show the World exactly what heââ¬â¢s made of, but he didnââ¬â¢t do it. Itââ¬â¢s harsh because it was only one game but thatââ¬â¢s what it takes to be World Class performing at your best in the most crucial games. Winning a European trophy for Arsenal after 5+ years is crucial.I'm not considering individual matches during the CL because we'd be going on forever.While he was at Arsenal they only made the Champions League once and before that only got to the quarter finals.If he's World Class he would have carried that team, but he didn't.*If someone could pull the Champions League group tables from 2000-2007 would be good reading*Then onto his International career.Hit and miss, was never consistent enough for France.Putting aside that France didn't play the way he was used too he should have made for of a mark.He didn't impose himself on the International stage like he did in the Prem and in some CL matches.My criteria for World Class is doing it consistently in the;League.Champions LeagueInternational stage.I wouldn't even class Rooney or C.Ronaldo as World Class.They haven't won anything in Europe or Internationally.BTW Ronaldinho is World Class.

That may be Tronics point.But I just can't see sense in it. Compare the players around Henry to those around Ronaldinho. I'm sure Arsenal fans can agree with me that Barca have a much stronger squad.Henry carried a lot of weight at Arsenal and the clubs expectations rode on his shoulders and he certainly did his bit. Personally I believe the Premiership is a more difficult league than others cos of its aggression where flair players are not allowed to control games.Everyone's entitled to their opinions, I think both Ronnie and Henry are World Class players with amazing ability.

I think Henry is highly over rated.I think he used to rely a lot on his pace. A knock it on and sprint kinda thing.Sure he had some moment of awe but every player does.This isn't me saying I don't think he's good, Just over rated.
