It would probably work out the same if you post to NY then to London. Specially if it's a lot of merchandise (which I assume it is, otherwise you might as-well pay customs) I reckon the only way you'd be smart to do this, is if you're shipping $500+ worth of goods.I was doing Camp America at a non-orthodox Jewish camp. it's more still.on garms it's 17.5% VAT. 12.5% Customs & Excise Duty. Plus the company like UPS or Fedex will charge their own fee for calculating and handling the bill.
