I did A-Levels, but B-Techs are nearly as good. Anyway exams are about how much you can remember, in my final yr in UNI i finally learnt how to remember alot of things, if i knew back then I would have got straight A's. As long as it takes you where you want to go, Uni etc..its all good.

Lol @ people saying A Levels are better when they're taking A Levels like "psychology","P.E" and "Media Studies"Its completley dependant on what you wanna do.. For example, if you wanna be a mechanic, a btec in that subject is far more useful than a maths and english a level.. And it aint even about "what it means to your employer", its about actually having the knowledge..If you wanna be a lawyer, obviously you'd have to do A Level law as a Btec in music tech aint gonna cut it

surely adults can do A-levels, they might just have to pay for it
I never took my GCSEs as a younger so I thought I'd go back to college and get some papers..They said "you can't do GSCE cause your a adult, so you have to take an adult level course"But that's not the same...when people ask me "what did you get in your GCSEs?"I wanna say "Frank, I got 5 A stars, 2 B's and a mother f*cking C"Not ..."what did you get in your GCSEs?""Nothing, but I do have some sh*t adult qualification that is unknown all over the world and people have to wikepedia it to know what it is"f*ck it. Better then sitting at home.

If you do a BTEC there is no excuse to not have a DMM at least.Standard grade. However it's equivalent to ABB at A-LEvel, and getting that doing actual A-Levels is DEFNITELY not as easy. That's probably why they're frowned upon by certain academics and employersHaving said that though, this guy I know, always knew what he wanted to do.Did a BTEC in Medical Science or some sh*t, uni then job, straight. Didn't waste his time doing A-Levels in something he weren't even going to pursue.
