Flojo
this argument is getting old dead fast.Niche is a club not a genre, the genre is bassline 4x4 and it derived from speed garage so of course it sounds similar to garage but no it isn't the same.It is a northern thing hence the reason their are raves every week up here in Yorkshire and you will see people from all over the UK present in the raves.you dont like it dont listen to it but the fact is if it was a London based scene at least 80% of you would be rating it. It was only a bit ago people were cussing funky house and now its big tings.I could post some tunes to sway your opinions but I'm sure most of you would chat sh*t regardless. Major Adam Steiner
This crap is a swag version on 4x4.Its basically based on tunes like Grouch by Sirus and DND 4x4 tunes. They have looked at all that speed garage and try make it their own, but northerners are sh*t at making music and will NEVER EVER make 4x4 music that sounds half as good as DNDs standard flow nor Sirus's Grouch. They are dreaming.Though Dexplicit makes some heavy 4x4 tunes, bullacakes is a prime example, probably the best new skool 4x4 made!!!DJ Q and Richie Vee are bred that music so it will get alot of play.Plus, why play a tune that says birmingham every two seconds in a london club???DJs like that piss me off. Colin Turnover
and so it continues....I can't be arsed arguing the point anymore but I will always make a post in one of these topics to keep the music in the people dem minds.Bassline is growing more popular in London. From when I'm in Travelodge on Saturday and I hear it coming from 7/10 rooms with London occupants, then of course, my predictions are coming true.It was always a matter of time. Simple fact is you can't dance to grime. BLAH BLAH BLAHETC ETCAND SO ON
