Okay, here goes… all my news.Sissoko, we are trying with a capital T, he wants to come but his club are unreasonable. Think Zenit last year where we matched the price but they kept changing it… we had a price almost agreed before Sissoko was called up to the French squad – the price rose again. Hopefully we can get a deal done though.Looks like Celtic want rid of Brown, we will get him as our last resort, above him are Sissoko, Young and another (unnamed) experienced prem midfielder… sorry I don’t know who it is.Others have said JJ off, I asked my guy about that and he said that Harry rates him but would rather have Sissoko – if Jenas leaves it means we either have one of the above targets mentioned (excluding Brown) tied up or Jenas really badly wants to leave (in which case Brown comes in!)Brown will NOT be brought in as immediate first choice however (if Sissoko, Young, Experienced Prem Midfielder all fail) but instead as back up for Palacios and a potential CM in the future, first team roles will be handed either to O’Hara, Bale or Huddlestone in the meantime.I asked about Bale, we’re not selling, we have had bids. Harry REALLY rates him.Okay, here’s an interesting bit… I will get shot down for this I’m sure. I hear that Harry will retire when he is done in football (we are his last club) which will probably be in 4/5 years time. Levy already has 14/15 potential manager replacements lined up. On that list is… Martin Jol. Take with salt as Harry won’t retire for a while yet, but sometime in the future we MAY see a sensational return for the big man. Not for 4/5 years though!!! Just felt I had to say as I thought that was exciting news. Seems odd to me though, as Levy got rid of him... I know I will have my critics for telling you this, but felt I had to post anyway. Also shows that Levy is looking at the long-term future of the club… he won’t be leaving any time soon!
Some ITK, what do u think about Jol coming back.Would love to see him back one day

Hull City will be looking to bounce back from an agonising defeat to Chelsea when they take on a Tottenham side that made a winning start to the season.Phil Brown's Tigers produced a spirited performance at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and took the lead through Stephen Hunt before a Didier Drogba double clinched a 2-1 win for the Blues.Drogba's second goal came deep into stoppage time but Brown could still take plenty of positives from the clash and will now be desperate for his men to pick up three points in their opening home game of 2009/10.Brown will have to make at least one change after Dean Marney picked up a knee problem against Chelsea which is expected to sideline him for a couple of weeks.USA striker Jozy Altidore is again unlikely to make his debut as his return from last week's international duty continues to be held up by red tape.Forward Craig Fagan is not yet back in full training after a hernia operation in the summer, while Jimmy Bullard is a long-term absentee. The Tigers also confirmed this week that Ian Ashbee had suffered a setback in his recovery from a posterior cruciate ligament injury and may not return for another nine months.Tottenham newsTottenham will be hoping to build on their impressive 2-1 victory over title hopefuls Liverpool at White Hart Lane on Sunday. The result gave Harry Redknapp's men more points from one game than they achieved from their first eight last season. They will be confident of claiming another success at the KC Stadium against a side they beat 3-0 less than weeks ago in the Asia Trophy.Ledley King's troublesome knee means he is unlikely to play for a second time in a week, so Vedran Corluka could move across to centre-back with either Alan Hutton or Kyle Naughton slotting in at right-back.Jonathan Woodgate (groin) and Michael Dawson (Achilles) are still out, while Gareth Bale is also missing with a foot problem and Jermaine Jenas (calf) is doubtful.Redknapp opted for Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe up front against Liverpool but may decide to tinker with his strike-force and bring in either Peter Crouch or Roman Pavlyuchenko.Possible starting XIsHull City: Myhill, Mouyokolo, Turner, Dawson, Gardner, Mendy, Boateng, Olofinjana, Hunt, Geovanni, Folan.Tottenham: Gomes, Hutton, Corluka, Bassong, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Huddlestone, Palacios, Modric, Crouch, Defoe.
Looking for 3 points really, expecting the same performance like in that asia cup And if Keane fit he should start him and Pav, if Crouch plays don't want to see nuff long ballsTeam still looks strong as well3-0 ?
