Leg Cramps

Anyone ever had cramp in their calf muscle?I just got it there. It lasted about 90 seconds or so. That was some of the most intense pain I've ever felt. I was on the floor.Who knows what I'm talking about?

Had them when I was asleep it woke me up and I shouted out loud in pain. Was just unexpected.

happened to me but more severe i was shouting in painbed ridden for a couple daysno sporting activity for 6weeks took the piss stylcalf cramp hurts much more then cramp in your hamstring even though that kills aswel

i get it at the bottom of my foot, on the inside, kinda thing, that arch kinda bitu can feel it, bare stiff n bumpy
