Guava is too overlookedI love the versatility of avocado ... grilled, mashed into guacamole, as a snack with lemon and thyme, or served up with bacon & chicken, etc... you can do pretty much anything with itAlways been partial to some kohlrabi, which dont get too much shine. Not a glamorous vegetableAnd I feel good ol' simple red cabbage, chopped up in a bowl as a snack, is severely underrated

I love avadado - I like chopped bacon, avacado, lettuce, caesar dressing and parmesan. Yum. Parsnips are a very underrated veg, the best if you ask me.And plums.
