Listen yeah I know we've had our disagreements etc. etc. etc. but I was on the pill since I was 18 yeah until I was 22 . All the others were fine. I was on Yasmin for a year before I came off the pill (last March). Yes I was in a relationship during this time but I was on the pill mostly due to skin problems.So anyway, I came off Yasmin and I was constantly and very heavily on my period for nearly twelve weeks and ended up having to GO ON TABLETS to stop bleeding that they give to people who have operations etc. This never happened when I came off any other pill except Yasmin.Come off Yasmin. Go and tell your doctor you do not like it and you want to change it.NEVER EVER going on the pill again until I really have to. Not doing that to my body again. Don't care what anybody says it is NOT natural and f*cks up your body.However, thanks for stopping me having a child Mr Pill Maker.

c/s its not naturalthe microgynon effed me up the one time i tried the pill, i said no thank youwomans tryin to tell me, try it for 3 months an then seei started doin searches for reviews on all these pills, an its jus mixed reviews, some people do fine on one pill, and on the same pill other women are havin a sh*t timedecided i couldnt risk it tryin to find out which was the right one

Honestly never again. Looking back I wish I'd have researched it more before I went on it but my skin was f*cked (to me and not to anyone else apparently).

Yea i am starting to regret it... 1.5stone later and alot of headaches.Half the reason was to lighten my period which has not worked. Im gonna come off it but then im only left with other unnatural choices..

Oh yeah also I dropped a dress size and lost a stone.My dad asked me if I'd been "doing what them girls do off the telly when you make ya self sick like an idiot"Silly man.

lol my dad says the same thing. if i miss 1 meal i am automatically accused of anorexia. i blame the media/i've never been on yasmin but was on micronor for about 6 months and was spotting the whole time, i do not recommend.

I already exercise.When you say change in diet do you mean anything in particular or just to find something that works for me

I'm not 100% on which foods can ease a heavy flowMight have to do some research on that one, but there might be something out there

I went on the pill originally to lighten my periods and clear up my skin, i was given Dianette and it was really effective, but as soon as my skin cleared up i stopped it ( i was too young to be having sex at the time so i didn't see the point in carrying on, and my periods stayed acceptable after i came off it anyway)Then when i got older i went back on the pill and i was given Microgynon, i put on about 3 stone, i had violent pms (even more than when i wasnt on the pill) and made my period irregular and painful, on top of that i got pregnant whilst taking it, so i found it a complete waste of timeI'm not really concerned about things being unnatural as long as they work, like i said i have the implant and i am so glad i did it, but then it might not work as well for some girl, same as any form of contraception, but i would never go near the pill again

im not even cycling on the lunar cyclealso wholemeal bread, fruit, green veg, water (none of those acidic juices) and no red meat = no pains baby. i feel no paaaaini promise you it is diet

nah not really, there always alternative sources rich in ironu can eat red fruit and veg like beetroot and carrots and green leafy veg, cabbage, spinnach, brocalli and so meat is never compulsory
