Hmmm... based on the quality of the album, I'm not sure. I thought I did back in the day, but I heard it the other day and there are quite a few dud tracks. Songs that I skip as soon as the good song before finishes, and cant bear to hear like the tune with Young Buck - sounds forced, Poor Lil' Rich - thought it was sub-par, Like My Style - nah, Gotta Make It To Heaven - shoulda got cut.The big tracks were enormous. What Up Gangsta still gets me feenin to smash somethin' 'cause of the tension it creates in my body. Many Men is still the best 50 record ever. Straight gangsta/street banger. The 50 that was missing on 'Curtis' album. Still cant get enough of that track, from the reggae-tinged beat, the anthem-like hook, to the emotive verses. You can feel every word on that. Even though it was only a bonus track, 'Wanksta' will always be that tune where I know 50 sell awf and sealed him being my fave rapper at the time. I was a fully-blown fan to the point where no man could tell me anything. 'U Not Like Me' was another brilliant cut.Impact, f*ck yeah. No doubt about it. 4*p.s. I'm thinking of a way to maybe combine this and the Jay thread, so dont be surprised if its merged. I may not, but I'm just sayingp.s.s. I'm fully prepared for backlash for the songs I dont like lol

c/s on many men. would of mentioned it but its one of dem commerc tracks on the album. dunno how u aint feeling 'like my style' the opening verse on that tune is seriousss, remember learning that.dnt even know where it all went downhill, he just lost his hunger tbh. 50 was a WOLF when this dropped.

em went hard on patently waiting.why merge this with the jigga thread?
I was only considering 'cause its along the same theme. After I posted that, I saw your post in the Jay topic and saw you was influenced by that.

Thats a f*ck*ng good question.Em wiled out on both, it wasn't fair lol. The production by Em was crazy as well.*****Blood Hound - Buck was hungry as f*ck, track is actually one of my faves.Poor Lil Rich - The album version was played with, made it hard to listen to. Over produced, Em should of left it.Like My Style - I agree but in comparsion with the sh*t he is putting out now its a very good lol.Gotta Make to Heaven - "Some say I'm paranoid I say I'm careful how I choose my friends/Been to ICU once I ain't going again" >>>>> Made you understand the kinda slump man was in."You got to tell me, you feelin this sh*t/Because I hear what I'm sayin I know I'm killin this sh*t". SO TRUE50 WAS A BEAST.

Remember when I first heard 50 Cent in year Seven and me and my friends were having a conversation about rappers. Everyone was like Eminem, Busta Rhymes, Jay-Z, and I came out and said 50 Cent is the greatest rapper in the world. The plainfaces were enormous, I think in the morning I'd just heard Wanksta and I was hyped off it, never been a stan of an artist but 50 Cent was the only rapper I bredded differently. 50 Cent Desktop 50 Cent Wallpaper 50Cent posters sh*t was a joke. Albums not a classic but it was exceedingly good although Guess Who's Back is better to me anyway, that said 50's fall off is the most untalked about (due to commercial reasons i.e. record sales) yet must dissapointing artist slump ever. Guy is just pure lazy, he killed "This is How We Do" after I thought he was dead but I ain't checked for him since Massacre smh.

Yeh i think it has to be a classic. That album changed the game man. I think for an album to be classic it has have a flow or a feeling to the album. Thats where the albums like the carter3 can't be classics. They got lots of hot tracks but they just stuck together like a mixtape.Blood Hound is probably the weakest track but the beat still gets me hyped.Ems Verse on Renegade >>>> Ems verse on patiently waiting

See I'm a poet to some, a regular modern day ShakespeareJesus Christ the King of these Latter Day Saints hereUgh....
The way Em' spazzes out on that tune. Patiently Waiting was good but Renegade was exceedingly sick. And 'til the day I die, I will tell everyone The Massacre was not anywhere near as bad as people made out.

Yes.Production - SickChoice of Subject - Nicely varied without seeming forced.Songs - He killed it ,the hooks we're ridiculously catchy. He had literally everyone singing 'I don't know what ya heard about me...'. People who were supposed to find it inappropriate know they sang along at some point.Definitely a classic in my opinion.
