Pred Posted September 10, 2010 Report Share Posted September 10, 2010 I've not tried it but it's something along the lines of giving the Outcast leader some scrap metal (x), pickpocketing x-2 scrap metal back, then getting caught so it takes a negative number off of you and gives you loads (which you sell as normal).
