Results will improve, says InceBlackburn manager Paul Ince remains confident his side will soon find form, despite seeing Rovers concede four goals for the second time this season.Saturday's defeat by Arsenal left Blackburn 18th in the Premier League, but Ince urged fans not to worry."It's early doors and I'm not thinking about positions at the moment," he told BBC Radio Lancashire."All I'm thinking about is performances and I'm just looking forward to next week's game."Ince feels it is unfair to compare his own squad with Arsenal's multi-million pound internationals."We haven't got a big enough squad to start resting players," he said."It's OK for the bigger clubs to do that, but Vince Grella has come back with a pulled calf and we've had Roque Santa Cruz in the air for two days."And when you're playing one of the best teams in the land it's no good when you don't see them for two weeks."
Last season they f*cked with us a lot.IMO He looks like he's going to f*ck up & (subliminally) set black bosses back a few years. Hes gonna do a SS and spoil it for everyone.

Under-fire Ince remains defiantUnder-pressure Blackburn boss Paul Ince has remained defiant despite his side's sixth Premier League defeat on the trot after being beaten 3-0 by Wigan.Ince's side, second bottom in the league with 13 points from 17 matches, were 2-0 down within 12 minutes and put in an abject performance.Rovers have won just three Premier League matches since Ince joined. He said: "There is no point in the players feeling sorry for themselves. They have just got to keep believing."Ince insisted he would not throw in the towel in his first foray into the top-tier of management, having joined from MK Dons four months ago."We felt we could not only get something out of the game but win it," Ince said."Everyone was buzzing in the changing room and then with 12 minutes gone we are 2-0 down and the game was gone. What can you do?"It is no good improving in the second half. It doesn't do anything."I'm very disappointed with the players. We are hurting at this moment in time."A small section of fans made their feelings known and Ince said he was not surprised by their reaction."We let our fans down," Ince admitted."Obviously they are going to voice their frustration as anyone would - and rightly so because we let them down."They are going to voice their opinion."But Wigan boss Steve Bruce said his former Manchester United team-mate should be given more time to prove himself.Bruce said: "He has played at the highest level and you don't play for Inter Milan, Liverpool and Man United without having a bit of bottle, and Incey has plenty of that."He will come out fighting and snarling and determined to turn it around."We have all been there. If he does turn it round, which I'm sure he will, it will make him a better manager."

Hes gonna get sacked he has to.but tbh he has had quite a tuff start playing some good teams, out of all the teams he played hes only lost to West Ham, Arsenal, Man u, Villa, Chelsea, Sunderland, Tottenham, Pompey, Liverpool and Wigan. Hes just getting too many draws. His next four games he should be able to win, should win the first three at least if not im sure hes gone.Stoke (H)Sunderland (A)Manchester City (H)Fulham (A)All four game are winnable with the team his has and they way he make out dressing room is behind him should get him some points on the table

Paul Ince has been sacked as Blackburn Rovers manager after the club's trustees agreed a severance package with the former England midfielder.Ince was summoned to Ewood Park this morning, but his fate had already been decided at crisis talks on Monday, as revealed exclusively by Sportsmail.Influential vice-chairman David Brown conveyed the deepening concerns of the club's Jersey based trustees during the talks in Manchester on Monday. The remaining quandary for the board was whether to make Ince's successor a short-term or long-term appointment. And they were also believed to be thrashing out details of a compensation package, which is now said to have been agreed. The former Manchester United midfielder will leave Ewood Park fewer than six months after the club took him from MK Dons.

smhshouldnt of sacked man tbh.I could tell ince was down for blackburn... he wanted 2 do something good with that team and i think dey shoulda waited at least a month afta the transfer window. He's not the greatest of managers but at least he never did a Roy Keane and just thought "f*ck it, i'm walkin out coz we're in sh*t". Man was willing to stay by your team with a positive attitude and try fix the problems.I agree maybe blackburn was too much of a big step for him. To go from a sh*t team like MK Dons *dont care if dey're doing well* to a premiership side is a lot. But seeing as MK Dons are still doing well without him then you could never tell if their success as due to his managerial ability or just a rise of moral within the team.Who are they saying is gonna come in for him?
