just lets you use programs that only allow streaming over wifi to stream over 3g....costs bout 1.50 from cydia

I found a iPhone last night.I have taken the sim out and I don't think it's blocked.Only thing is it has a passcode.Is there anyway of taking it off?I was thinking of plugging it into my laptop and doing factory restore.Any help would be much appreciated,
