My iPhone shows memory full on itunes and the phone itself when I know there is at least 2GB of space left. I have done the back up restore which seemed to solve the problem but it has come back again. On itunes on the other orange bar its show that 3.76 GB has been used, but that is really or should be about 1GB.

Anybody experience this? How did you solve it?

check installous, you might still have all the install files youve downloaded stored on your hd

yep done that; also done a back up restore as the phone had filled up completely and wouldn't sync. It freed up the storage space but still it is gradually expanding and taking up space on the phone. Can feel the phone overheating as i type not really sure what to do next.

Had the same thing last nigh/today.

The other section was 8gig and grew to 10 infront of my eyes. Was playing up aswell. Wouldnt sync, then wouldnt connect.

Restored and all seems bless...

all the phone shops are chargin £20 to jailbreak my 3g cos its got the 'latest software' is there any program i can download were i can do it myself? tried the ones on the page before but nothing happens after it reboots.
