Premier League - Weekend team news/Previews

Aston Villa v FulhamVilla goalkeeper will beat David James's record of 166 consecutive Premier League appearances should he start this match. Striker John Carew, who came on as a late substitute in the 0-0 draw against Manchester United, should be fit enough to start this match, while defender Carlos Cuellar remains doubtful with a groin injury.Roy Hodgson has no pressing reason to change his starting 11 from that which secured a point at Anfield last weekend. He has midfielder Leon Andreasen back from injury to call upon.Middlesbrough v NewcastleMiddlesbrough still have defenders Chris Riggott and Robert Huth missing through injury, as well as striker Mido, as prepare for the 120th Tyne-Tees derby.Newcastle manager Joe Kinnear - now confirms as boss until the end of the season - has received a major boost with the return of striker Mark Viduka from his long-term Achilles injury, though the Australian is most likely to start the match against his old club on the bench. Alan Smith remains out until the New Year.Stoke City v Hull CityStriker Dave Kitson faces a late fitness test on a knee injury ahead of Stoke's second successive match against fellow promoted sides. However, Ricardo fuller returns from suspension for the match at the Britannia Stadium and could start ahead of the former Reading man. Defender Ryan Shawcross also faces a late test, while captain Andy Griffin is expected to play carrying a hand injury.Hull boss Phil Brown could name an unchanged side for the trip to the Potteries despite the return of defender Wayne Brown from his loan spell at Preston. Defensive duo Bernard Mendy and Andy Dawson are likely to remain sidelined through injury.Sunderland v Bolton WanderersSunderland boss Roy Keane welcomes back El-Hadji Diouf, Daryl Murphy and Pascal Chimbonda to fitness after they all turned out for the reserves in midweek. Goalkeeper Craig Gordon is back in training but is not yet ready to feature, meaning Marton Fulop will continue in his stead.Bolton could remain unchanged from the side that won at Middlesbrough last weekend, with only utility man Joey O'Brien unavailable with a thigh injury.Wigan Athletic v West BromDefenders Emerson Boyce and Mario Melchiot return to the fold from suspension and injury respectively as the Latics aim the end November unbeaten in the league. Striker Amr Zaki is still out with a calf injury, while Olivier Kapo is recovering form surgery he had to repair his broken nose.Portuguese midfielder Felipe Teixeira could start for West Brom after coming off the bench in the 1-0 loss at Stoke. Jonas Olsson is expected to recover from a knock in time to retain his place in defence and midfielder James Morrison should make the squad after recovering from a knee injury.Manchester City v Manchester UnitedRobinho is all set to play in his first Manchester derby after being left out of the City squad for their UEFA Cup trip in midweek to recover from an ankle knock picked up in the 3-0 win over Arsenal. Midfielder Gelson Fernandes is also available again.Manchester United will welcome back striker Dimitar Berbatov to the fold after the Bulgarian resumed training following a hamstring injury. Club captain Gary Neville is also back after a lay-off, though both players are set to begin the afternoon on the bench. Paul Scholes is also back in training, but the derby at Eastlands looks to have come too soon for the veteran midfielder.Tottenham Hotspur v EvertonSpurs captain Ledley King is set to return for the match at White Hart Lane, while Jermaine Jenas is also set to come back into the starting line-up. Roman Pavlyuchenko and Vedran Corluka are both back in contention after being cup-tied for Thursday's UEFA Cup trip to Nijmegen.Everton boss David Moyes has plenty of injury problems, not least up front where Louis Saha and Victor Anichebe are out (both hamstring) and James Vaughan is out until 2009 after undergoing a cartilage operation in the US. Winger Steven Pienaar has not trained for a fortnight, and defenders Tony Hibbert and Nuno Valente are also out. Tim Cahill is expected to support Yakubu in attack, meaning Segundo Castillo may come into a five-man midfield.Portsmouth v Blackburn RoversJermaine Defoe is set to return to partner Peter Crouch in attack after missing the UEFA Cup match against Milan with a calf injury. Croatian playmaker Niko Kranjcar could also start after recovering from an ankle problem.Blackburn have left-back Martin Olsson out through suspension following his red card against Tottenham, but Steven Warnock has returned from his own ban to fill in. Midfielder Vince Grella is unlikely to recover from a calf injury in time to feature.Chelsea v Arsenal Striker Didier Drogba is unavailable for Chelsea due to his three-match ban for throwing a coin into the crowd against Burnley, so the in-form Nicolas Anelka will keep his place. Joe Cole injured his ankle during the Champions League match against Bordeaux, so Deco is set to replace him. Defender Alex has been passed fit and may come in at the expense of Branislav Ivanovic.Arsenal expect to see striker Emanuel Adebayor return from injury, as well as right-back Bacary Sagna. However, Theo Walcott (shoulder), Kolo Toure (calf) and Abou Diaby (abdominal strain) are all out of action.Liverpool v West HamFernando Torres's latest hamstring problem - his third of the season - is set to keep him out of action for around three weeks. Brazilian full-back Fabio Aurelio is out for two weeks with a calf strain, so Andrea Dossena will move in at left-back.The Hammers have no fresh injury concerns, but the long-term absences of Kieron Dyer and Dean Ashton mean that Gianfranco Zola is set to name an unchanged side.

Today is going to be such a sh*t day of footy until 7pm.smh
i disagreebig 4 games are shite at the moment, should be some decent matches today
This was i was thinking Manchester derbies are always unpredictable but not usually classics and games between the big 4 are more often than not dissapointing today should be a good footballing day plus FC United are playing the table toppers We'll probably get beat but we got our new "star striker" making his debut so fingers crossed
