Well i'm currently doing a 5x5 splitSo i'm adding either 1.25KG or 2.5KG a week to eachThat's at least 65KG addition in 52 Weeks if i'm consistent105KG Deadlift (Done this yesterday, reckon i could of gone higher but i was already on my 5th set)95KG Squat87.5KG Bench15St 12

just push on and stop messing about. I have the base to hit my goals. just need to stay consistent with the training and diet.I'm happy with my bodyfat level. just need to add more lean mass everywhere.Main areas i wana improve are my weighted dips and squats, especially now my form is a lot tidier

Q1: Develop stronger core, get used to gym routine, increase overall stamina, stay disciplined with diet & lose a lil' bit of fat on the gutQ2: Muscle growth, start working on lowering body fat all round, increasing overall strengthQ3: Cutting, cutting & more cuttingQ4: If I complete all of the above, it'll literally just be about maintaing it.

That's pretty much me, on the way there.Also want to erase all the fat around the side my core.
