Guest M12 Part 2
best times to be at the gym is from 9am to 12pm/iam currently tryna bulk proper, my strength is increasing but i dont seem to be getting any bigger? + iam on whey proteiniam seeing nuff big guys (no homo) who are pushing much less weight but are twice the size of me?do i need a weight gainer?
this is very rarely ever the case.either you're form is sh*t and you arent doing the exercises properly or u are looking at guys who are doing their last exercises in their workout (when they are tired and at their weakest) and you are doing the same exercises fresh.generally Big people lift big weights. its a fact of life. slash what Eks said your diet probably isnt too great.

fam its true.obviously there will be people who are slightly smaller who can lift bigger weights. but its hardly ever the case that someone is twice the size of you and cant outlift you quite considerably. Unless you are watching the fat people or someone who is a lot taller or shorter than u

safe it must be the diet stillalso is there a big difference when taking whey with water as opposed to milk?
water has no caloriesa glass of milk will have an extra 200 or so calories plus a bit more protein

im currently obsssessed with declines benching atmive been benching something similar for a long time now 85-90 4 sets of 6-7 repsi have an obvious muscle imbalance tho which has hurt any progression ... i know it would take about 2 months get my left up to par with my right side and i just cant be f*cked to do it..
just swallow ur pride and pick up the dumbellsif its that serious ur gonna have to address it sometime and its only going to get worse

Never ever going to the gym on a monday after work again. What a waste of my f*ck*ng time. Was there for 40 minutes and got hammer curls and bench press done. Couldn't handle it anymore so just left. f*ck*ng fuming and I don't even know who I'm mad at. Too many f*ck*ng "get hench for summer" guys in there in groups of 4 wasting my f*ck*ng time.
lolz @ gettin pwn3d by n00bz n coming home 2 tell ur fwendz on the interwebz. /evenings are overly long but it has to be done now coz of work n sh*t

There was a little bunch of year 9/10's in there today. One of them thought he was he-man, mad skinny and that but pushing 50kg on bench. Form was all over the gaff though and doing it proper fast so I said to him lower the bar more in the middle of your chest rather than below it and do it slowly.He looked at me like I was a chief and all his mates were smiling like say I was chatting wet but it was peak for him when he tried to raise the bar again after that.Next set man took the weight down to 25kg pmsl with spot as well

don't really mind hench4summer g00ns cos i go at less packed timesHOWEVERthe amount of times i have to ask man to NOT bench in the squat rack and to return weights afterwards is pissing me off like say i work at the gym
Why you asking people to return the weights?!
as inthey do there entire workout without return weights then try and leaveit's not that seasonand @angelo, the rungs go way low, truss its possible but still an eedyat ting

depending on when i can get on the racks and what day it is, anything from 45 minutes to an hour.i spent 20 minutes waiting for some c*nt to do deadlifts yesterdayguy just put his towel on the bar and went off to talk/get a drink, socialise.was fumingstarted walking up to tell him to get the f*ck off and he moves before i could get there.all that time trying not to rock the boat and then when i eventually was going to i didnt even get the f*ck*ng chance
