Now sitting at 11% Bodyfat Eating clean, carb cycling and a combination of bodybuilding/strength training & HIIT cardio. I got down to 8% from 11% in a month and a half last summer, strength did go down but not much give intermittent fasting a try and i guarantee you'll lose a shedload of bodyfat without doing any cardio. If I get a years membership it works out to about £22 a month which is only £2 more a month than what I'm paying at the moment for a better environment and more equipment.
