Squat: 200kg (3 reps)

Bench: 170kg

Deadlift: 260kg

Don't claim to be an expert but could probably help anyone with any advice.

Tryna compete in physique next year but we will see how that goes

I wanna hit 250kg deads soon. My bench is so slacking but gotta make legs the stongest

F*cking hell. Doubt your lifts will be anywhere near that when you step on stage.

Ur probably right I'm in decent shape but nowhere near stage ready but in not looking to compete for near 11 months. Anyone who would like some verification feel free to Holla il link u to my insta.

@luvdoc I don't really deadlift a lot cos I feel like there are better exercises that work my back better it's a personal thing. But Ye I do it when I feel like testing my strength

@badman my legs are quite big my cardio is currently terrible but that's more to do with the fact I'm not doing any than the size of my legs

Do about 20 mins cardio a go, 40-50 mins on Fridays though

Normally uphill treadmill at Max incling and just walk at about 6

Is this my form being bad, I been extra careful tbh and I'm getting zero pain in my knees since I cleaned up my form

U may be over arching ur lower back? If not ur lower back might just be weak in general (mine is) might need to wear a belt when you squat heavy
