Supplements are bullshit.

 

Just eat lots of chicken and sources of vitamins.

 

I'm eating crap at the moment, gonna get strict with my diet and get lean for summer. I weigh 16 stones now, gonna try test out a weight drop to 15-14.5 stones just being lean, see if my health is in good nick.

 

Starting this test in January.

TheGym has just opened in the bits. finally!! 24hours. :Y: :Y:

I'll be focusing on legs and cardio strictly . Its nice I could work things around my work

 

 

 

Been working on calisthenics in the park

24 hour gym is calm.. I got like 3 codes from other people so its just a free gym there for me to use whenever, limited equipment though and gets seriously busy between 5-9pm

yea that 5-9 is with every gym though. Most time it will be early mornings and late nights for me

Remember you posted up a picture training in the garden, you not joined a gym since then?

Mad progress if so..

 

Joined easy gym last year summer until end of the year..

Had a heel injury in january, so I toned down on the gym until last month when it all cleared. During that time its been home (Bench) &  monkey bars in the park.. Lost alot of strength on the legs during that injury. That is why I have decided to join the gym again, to focus mainly on legs .

calesthenics is me for the foreseeable

Tbh it doesn't matter unless you're running or to an extent jumping

I wear a old pair of flyknit chukkas or my flyknite free runs but that's because I like the light on my feet feel personally

It actually does matter if you're lifting heavy weights and desire the best form.

I am aware of this, I actually take my shoes off when squatting or deadlifts, just a preference thought

I answered the guys question and its not going to make any difference to what he's doing
