Heero Yuy
Did you man drink plenty of water (throughout the day) while you were on creatine? Â headaches can be related to dehydration as creatine is a diuretic.

Da Luv Doc
Supplements are bullshit. Â Just eat lots of chicken and sources of vitamins. Â I'm eating crap at the moment, gonna get strict with my diet and get lean for summer. I weigh 16 stones now, gonna try test out a weight drop to 15-14.5 stones just being lean, see if my health is in good nick. Â Starting this test in January. Heero Yuy
If you can reach your daily protein intake without protein shakes and eating chicken alone, then hats off to you my friend.

Afroman
Looking big Afro, NH. Remember you posted up a picture training in the garden, you not joined a gym since then? Mad progress if so.. Â Joined easy gym last year summer until end of the year.. Had a heel injury in january, so I toned down on the gym until last month when it all cleared. During that time its been home (Bench) &Â monkey bars in the park.. Lost alot of strength on the legs during that injury. That is why I have decided to join the gym again, to focus mainly on legs . Niall Ferguson
24hr gyms are a must in this day and age. I have to go at 630am because any other time is packed. Not particularly what I want to be doing in a long working day.
Lionel & Dave
lads, a quick word of advice please  GYM CREP  does man go with whatever the latest Nike Free/FlyKnit thing is...  or all out on the Vibram 5-Finger wave?   calisthenics/light free weights is my vibe, wanna work on posture and core in the new year
Afroman
Why not get the ball rolling now rather than waiting until new year. wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I wear roshes. But anything goes in the gym. Apart from smart shoes.obviously..

gattsu
Tbh it doesn't matter unless you're running or to an extent jumping I wear a old pair of flyknit chukkas or my flyknite free runs but that's because I like the light on my feet feel personally

Yoshie
He said light free-weights though. Any trainers are fine, just wear what's comfortable. Wear my flyknits as they're so light.

Niall Ferguson
Yeah, and you answered incorrectly. It does matter. Â Getting into good habits from the start matters. If you don't think that, then good luck with your supplements and calisthenics.
